1And יהוה spoke unto Moshe, saying, 2“Speak unto B’nei Yisra’el, and say unto them, ‘When you are come into the land of your habitations which I give unto you, 3and will make an offering by fire unto יהוה , an Olah, or a Zevakh, in fulfilment of a Neder clearly uttered, or as a N’davah, or in your Mo’edim, to make a sweet savor unto יהוה , of the herd, or of the flock; 4then shall he that brings his offering present unto יהוה a Minkhah of a tenth part of an efah of fine flour mingled with the fourth part of a hin of oil; 5and wine for the Nesekh, the fourth part of a hin shall you prepare with the Olah or for the Zevakh, for each lamb. 6Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a Minkhah two tenth parts of an efah of fine flour mingled with the third part of a hin of oil; 7and for the Nesekh you shall present the third part of a hin of wine, of a sweet savor unto יהוה . And8 when you prepare a bullock for an Olah, or for a Zevakh, in fulfilment of a vow clearly uttered, or for Sh’lamim unto יהוה , then9 shall there be presented with the bullock a Minkhah of three tenth parts of an efah of fine flour mingled with half a hin of oil. 10And you shall present for the Nesekh half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto יהוה . Thus11 shall it be done for each bullock, or for each ram, or for each of the he-lambs, or of the kids. 12According to the number that you may prepare, so shall you do for every one according to their number. 13All that are home-born shall do these things after this manner, in presenting an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto יהוה . And14 if a stranger sojourns with you, or whoever may be among you, throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto יהוה ; as you do, so he shall do. 15As for the congregation, there shall be one statute both for you, and for the stranger that sojourns with you, a statute forever throughout your generations; as you are, so shall the stranger be before יהוה . One16 Torah and one ordinance shall be both for you, and for the stranger that sojourns with you.”
17And יהוה spoke unto Moshe, saying, 18“Speak unto B’nei Yisra’el, and say unto them, ‘When you come into the land where I bring you, 19then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall consecrate a portion for a gift unto יהוה . Of20 the first of your dough you shall consecrate a cake for a gift; as that which is consecrated of the threshing-floor, so shall you hallow it. 21Of the first of your dough you shall give unto יהוה a portion for a gift throughout your generations.
22And when you shall err, and not observe all these mitzvot, which יהוה has spoken unto Moshe, 23even all that יהוה has commanded you by the hand of Moshe, from the day that יהוה gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations; 24then it shall be, if it is done in error by the assembly, it being hid from their eyes, that all the assembly shall offer one young bullock for an Olah, for a sweet savor unto יהוה , with the Minkhah thereof, and the Nesekh thereof, according to the ordinance, and one he-goat for a Khatat. 25And the kohen shall make atonement for all the assembly of B’nei Yisra’el, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire unto יהוה , and their Khatat before יהוה , for their error. 26And all the assembly of B’nei Yisra’el shall be forgiven, and the stranger that sojourns among them; for in respect of all the people it was done in error.
27And if one person sins through error, then he shall offer a she-goat of the first year for a Khatat. 28And the kohen shall make atonement for the soul that errs, when he sins through error, before יהוה , to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven, 29both he that is home-born among B’nei Yisra’el, and the stranger that sojourns among them: you shall have one Torah for him that does aught in error. 30But the soul that does aught with a high hand, whether he is home-born or a stranger, the same blasphemes יהוה ; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people. 31Because he has despised the D’var יהוה , and has broken His mitzvah; that soul shall utterly be cut off, his iniquity shall be upon him’.”
32And while B’nei Yisra’el were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering wood upon Yom Shabbat. 33And they that found him gathering wood brought him unto Moshe and Aharon, and unto all the assembly. 34And they put him in custody, because it had not been declared what should be done to him. 35And יהוה said unto Moshe, “The man shall surely be put to death; all the assembly shall stone him with stones outside the camp.” 36And all the assembly brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones, and he died, as יהוה commanded Moshe.
37And יהוה spoke unto Moshe, saying, 38“Speak unto B’nei Yisra’el, and bid them that they make them throughout their generations tzit-tzit in the kanfot of their garments, and that they put with the Tzit-tzit HaKanaf a thread of Tekhelet. 39And it shall be unto you for a tzit-tzit, that you may look upon it, and remember all the Mitzvot of יהוה , and do them; and that you go not about after your own heart and your own eyes after which you use to go astray; 40that you may remember and do all My Mitzvot, and be kadosh unto your Elohim. 41I am יהוה your Elohim, who brought you out of the land of Mitzrayim, to be your Elohim: I am יהוה your Elohim.”
אוַיְדַבֵּר יהוה אֶל מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר, בדַּבֵּר אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם כִּי תָבֹאוּ אֶל אֶרֶץ מוֹשְׁבֹתֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי נֹתֵן לָכֶם. גוַעֲשִׂיתֶם אִשֶּׁה לַיהוה 35בְּמֹעֲדֵיכֶם לַעֲשׂוֹת רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהוה מִן הַבָּקָר אוֹ מִן הַצֹּאן. דוְהִקְרִיב הַמַּקְרִיב קָרְבָּנוֹ לַיהוה מִנְחָה סֹלֶת עִשָּׂרוֹן בָּלוּל בִּרְבִעִית הַהִין שָׁמֶן. הוְיַיִן לַנֶּסֶךְ רְבִיעִית הַהִין תַּעֲשֶׂה עַל הָעֹלָה אוֹ לַזָּבַח לַכֶּבֶשׂ הָאֶחָד. ואוֹ לָאַיִל תַּעֲשֶׂה מִנְחָה סֹלֶת שְׁנֵי עֶשְׂרֹנִים בְּלוּלָה בַשֶּׁמֶן שְׁלִשִׁית הַהִין. זוְיַיִן לַנֶּסֶךְ שְׁלִשִׁית הַהִין תַּקְרִיב רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהוה . חוְכִי תַעֲשֶׂה בֶן בָּקָר עֹלָה אוֹ זָבַח לְפַלֵּא נֶדֶר אוֹ שְׁלָמִים לַיהוה . טוְהִקְרִיב עַל בֶּן הַבָּקָר מִנְחָה סֹלֶת שְׁלֹשָׁה עֶשְׂרֹנִים בָּלוּל בַּשֶּׁמֶן חֲצִי הַהִין. יוְיַיִן תַּקְרִיב לַנֶּסֶךְ חֲצִי הַהִין אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהוה . יאכָּכָה יֵעָשֶׂה לַשּׁוֹר הָאֶחָד אוֹ לָאַיִל הָאֶחָד אוֹ לַשֶּׂה בַכְּבָשִׂים אוֹ בָעִזִּים. יבכַּמִּסְפָּר אֲשֶׁר תַּעֲשׂוּ כָּכָה תַּעֲשׂוּ לָאֶחָד כְּמִסְפָּרָם. יגכָּל הָאֶזְרָח יַעֲשֶׂה כָּכָה אֶת אֵלֶּה לְהַקְרִיב אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהוה . ידוְכִי יָגוּר אִתְּכֶם גֵּר אוֹ אֲשֶׁר בְּתוֹכְכֶם לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם וְעָשָׂה אִשֵּׁה רֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהוה כַּאֲשֶׁר תַּעֲשׂוּ כֵּן יַעֲשֶׂה. טוהַקָּהָל חֻקָּה אַחַת לָכֶם וְלַגֵּר הַגָּר חֻקַּת עוֹלָם לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם כָּכֶם כַּגֵּר יִהְיֶה לִפְנֵי יהוה . טזתּוֹרָה אַחַת וּמִשְׁפָּט אֶחָד יִהְיֶה לָכֶם וְלַגֵּר הַגָּר אִתְּכֶם.
יזוַיְדַבֵּר יהוה אֶל מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר, יחדַּבֵּר אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם בְּבֹאֲכֶם אֶל הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי מֵבִיא אֶתְכֶם שָׁמָּה. יטוְהָיָה בַּאֲכָלְכֶם מִלֶּחֶם הָאָרֶץ תָּרִימוּ תְרוּמָה לַיהוה . כרֵאשִׁית עֲרִסֹתֵכֶם חַלָּה תָּרִימוּ תְרוּמָה כִּתְרוּמַת גֹּרֶן כֵּן תָּרִימוּ אֹתָהּ. כאמֵרֵאשִׁית עֲרִסֹתֵיכֶם תִּתְּנוּ לַיהוה תְּרוּמָה לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם.
כבוְכִי תִשְׁגּוּ וְלֹא תַעֲשׂוּ אֵת כָּל הַמִּצְוֹת הָאֵלֶּה אֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר יהוה אֶל מֹשֶׁה. כגאֵת כָּל אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יהוה אֲלֵיכֶם בְּיַד מֹשֶׁה מִן הַיּוֹם אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יהוה וָהָלְאָה לְדֹרֹתֵיכֶם. כדוְהָיָה אִם מֵעֵינֵי הָעֵדָה נֶעֶשְׂתָה לִשְׁגָגָה וְעָשׂוּ כָל הָעֵדָה פַּר בֶּן בָּקָר אֶחָד לְעֹלָה לְרֵיחַ נִיחֹחַ לַיהוה וּמִנְחָתוֹ וְנִסְכּוֹ כַּמִּשְׁפָּט וּשְׂעִיר עִזִּים אֶחָד לְחַטָּת. כהוְכִפֶּר הַכֹּהֵן עַל כָּל עֲדַת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְנִסְלַח לָהֶם כִּי שְׁגָגָה הִוא וְהֵם הֵבִיאוּ אֶת קָרְבָּנָם אִשֶּׁה לַיהוה וְחַטָּאתָם לִפְנֵי יהוה עַל שִׁגְגָתָם. כווְנִסְלַח לְכָל עֲדַת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְלַגֵּר הַגָּר בְּתוֹכָם כִּי לְכָל הָעָם בִּשְׁגָגָה.
כזוְאִם נֶפֶשׁ אַחַת תֶּחֱטָא בִשְׁגָגָה וְהִקְרִיבָה עֵז בַּת שְׁנָתָהּ לְחַטָּאת. כחוְכִפֶּר הַכֹּהֵן עַל הַנֶּפֶשׁ הַשֹּׁגֶגֶת בְּחֶטְאָה בִשְׁגָגָה לִפְנֵי יהוה לְכַפֵּר עָלָיו וְנִסְלַח לוֹ. כטהָאֶזְרָח בִּבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְלַגֵּר הַגָּר בְּתוֹכָם תּוֹרָה אַחַת יִהְיֶה לָכֶם לָעֹשֶׂה בִּשְׁגָגָה. לוְהַנֶּפֶשׁ אֲשֶׁר תַּעֲשֶׂה בְּיָד רָמָה מִן הָאֶזְרָח וּמִן הַגֵּר אֶת יהוה הוּא מְגַדֵּף וְנִכְרְתָה הַנֶּפֶשׁ הַהִוא מִקֶּרֶב עַמָּהּ. לאכִּי דְבַר יהוה בָּזָה וְאֶת מִצְוָתוֹ הֵפַר הִכָּרֵת תִּכָּרֵת הַנֶּפֶשׁ הַהִוא עֲוֹנָהבָהּ.
לבוַיִּהְיוּ בְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל בַּמִּדְבָּר וַיִּמְצְאוּ אִישׁ מְקֹשֵׁשׁ עֵצִים בְּיוֹם הַשַּׁבָּת. לגוַיַּקְרִיבוּ אֹתוֹ הַמֹּצְאִים אֹתוֹ מְקֹשֵׁשׁ עֵצִים אֶל מֹשֶׁה וְאֶל אַהֲרֹן וְאֶל כָּל הָעֵדָה. לדוַיַּנִּיחוּ אֹתוֹ בַּמִּשְׁמָר כִּי לֹא פֹרַשׁ מַה יֵּעָשֶׂה לוֹ. להוַיֹּאמֶר יהוה אֶל מֹשֶׁה מוֹת יוּמַת הָאִישׁ רָגוֹם אֹתוֹ בָאֲבָנִים כָּל הָעֵדָה מִחוּץ לַמַּחֲנֶה. לווַיֹּצִיאוּ אֹתוֹ כָּל הָעֵדָה אֶל מִחוּץ לַמַּחֲנֶה וַיִּרְגְּמוּ אֹתוֹ בָּאֲבָנִים וַיָּמֹת כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יהוה אֶת מֹשֶׁה.
לזוַיֹּאמֶר יהוה אֶל מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר, לחדַּבֵּר אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם וְעָשׂוּ לָהֶם צִיצִת עַל כַּנְפֵי בִגְדֵיהֶם לְדֹרֹתָם וְנָתְנוּ עַל צִיצִת הַכָּנָף פְּתִיל תְּכֵלֶת. לטוְהָיָה לָכֶם לְצִיצִת וּרְאִיתֶם אֹתוֹ וּזְכַרְתֶּם אֶת כָּל מִצְוֹת יהוה וַעֲשִׂיתֶם אֹתָם וְלֹא תָתוּרוּ אַחֲרֵי לְבַבְכֶם וְאַחֲרֵי עֵינֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר אַתֶּם זֹנִים אַחֲרֵיהֶם. מלְמַעַן תִּזְכְּרוּ וַעֲשִׂיתֶם אֶת כָּל מִצְוֹתָי וִהְיִיתֶם קְדֹשִׁים לֵאלֹהֵיכֶם. מאאֲנִי יהוה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר הוֹצֵאתִי אֶתְכֶם מֵאֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם לִהְיוֹת לָכֶם לֵאלֹהִים אֲנִי יהוה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם.
