1And יהוה spoke unto Moshe, saying: 2Speak unto B’nei Yisra’el, and say unto them: ‘I am יהוה your Elohim. 3After the doings of the land of Mitzrayim, wherein you dwelt, shall you not do; and after the doings of the land of Kena’an, where I bring you, shall you not do; neither shall you walk in their statutes. 4My Mishpatim shall you do, and My Khukot shall you keep, to walk therein: I am יהוה your Elohim. 5You shall therefore keep My Khukot, and My Mishpatim, which if a man does them, he shall live by them: I am יהוה ‘.”
6None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to reveal eirvah. I am יהוה .
7The eirvah of your father, and the eirvah of your mother, shall you not uncover: she is your mother; you shall not uncover her eirvah. 8The eirvah of your father’s wife shall you not uncover: it is your father’s eirvah. 9The eirvah of your sister, the daughter of your father, or the daughter of your mother, whether born at home, or born abroad, even their eirvah you shall not uncover. 10The eirvah of your son’s daughter, or of your daughter’s daughter, even their eirvah you shall not uncover; for theirs is your own nakedness. 11The eirvah of your father’s wife’s daughter, begotten of your father, she is your sister, you shall not uncover her nakedness.
12You shall not uncover the eirvah of your father’s sister: she is your father’s near kinswoman. 13You shall not uncover the eirvah of your mother’s sister; for she is your mother’s near kinswoman. 14you shall not uncover the eirvah of your father’s brother, you shall not approach to his wife: she is your aunt.
15You shall not uncover the eirvah of your daughter-in-law: she is your son’s wife; you shall not uncover her eirvah. 16You shall not uncover the eirvah of your brother’s wife: it is your brother’s eirvah.
17You shall not uncover the eirvah of a woman and her daughter; you shall not take her son’s daughter, or her daughter’s daughter, to uncover her eirvah: they are near kinswomen; it is lewdness. 18And you shall not take a woman to her sister, to be a rival to her, to uncover her eirvah, beside the other in her lifetime. 19And you shall not approach unto a woman to uncover her eirvah, as long as she is impure by her uncleanness.
20And you shall not lie carnally with your neighbor’s wife, to defile yourself with her. 21And you shall not give any of your seed to set them apart to Molekh, neither shall you profane the name of your Elohim: I am יהוה .
22You shall not lie with mankind, as with womankind; it is abomination. 23And you shall not lie with any beast to defile yourself therewith; neither shall any woman stand before a beast, to lie down thereto; it is perversion.
24Defile not yourselves in any of these things; for in all these the nations are defiled, which I cast out from before you. 25And the land was defiled, therefore I did visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land vomited out her inhabitants. 26you therefore shall keep My Khukot and My Mishpatim, and shall not do any of these abominations; neither the home-born, nor the stranger that sojourns among you, 27for all these abominations have the men of the land done that were before you, and the land is defiled, 28that the land not vomit you out also, when you defile it, as it vomited out the nation that was before you. 29For whoever shall do any of these abominations, even the souls that do them shall be cut off from among their people. 30Therefore shall you keep My charge, that you not do any of these abominable customs which were done before you, and that you defile not yourselves therein: I am יהוה your Elohim.”
אוַיְדַבֵּר יהוה אֶל מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר. בדַּבֵּר אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאָמַרְתָּ אֲלֵהֶם אֲנִי יהוה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם. גכְּמַעֲשֵׂה אֶרֶץ מִצְרַיִם אֲשֶׁר יְשַׁבְתֶּם בָּהּ לֹא תַעֲשׂוּ וּכְמַעֲשֵׂה אֶרֶץ כְּנַעַן אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי מֵבִיא אֶתְכֶם שָׁמָּה לֹא תַעֲשׂוּ וּבְחֻקֹּתֵיהֶם לֹא תֵלֵכוּ. דאֶת מִשְׁפָּטַי תַּעֲשׂוּ וְאֶת חֻקֹּתַי תִּשְׁמְרוּ לָלֶכֶת בָּהֶם אֲנִי יהוה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם. הוּשְׁמַרְתֶּם אֶת חֻקֹּתַי וְאֶת מִשְׁפָּטַי אֲשֶׁר יַעֲשֶׂה אֹתָם הָאָדָם וָחַי בָּהֶם אֲנִי יהוה .
ואִישׁ אִישׁ אֶל כָּל שְׁאֵר בְּשָׂרוֹ לֹא תִקְרְבוּ לְגַלּוֹת עֶרְוָה אֲנִי יהוה .
זעֶרְוַת אָבִיךָ וְעֶרְוַת אִמְּךָ לֹא תְגַלֵּה אִמְּךָ הִוא לֹא תְגַלֶּה עֶרְוָתָהּ. חעֶרְוַת אֵשֶׁת אָבִיךָ לֹא תְגַלֵּה עֶרְוַת אָבִיךָ הִוא. טעֶרְוַת אֲחוֹתְךָ בַת אָבִיךָ אוֹ בַת אִמֶּךָ מוֹלֶדֶת בַּיִת אוֹ מוֹלֶדֶת חוּץ לֹא תְגַלֶּה עֶרְוָתָן. יעֶרְוַת בַּת בִּנְךָ אוֹ בַת בִּתְּךָ לֹא תְגַלֶּה עֶרְוָתָן כִּי עֶרְוָתְךָ הֵנָּה. יאעֶרְוַת בַּת אֵשֶׁת אָבִיךָ מוֹלֶדֶת אָבִיךָ אֲחוֹתְךָ הִוא לֹא תְגַלֶּה עֶרְוָתָהּ.
יבעֶרְוַת אֲחוֹת אָבִיךָ לֹא תְגַלֵּה שְׁאֵר אָבִיךָ הִוא. יגעֶרְוַת אֲחוֹת אִמְּךָ לֹא תְגַלֵּה כִּי שְׁאֵר אִמְּךָ הִוא. ידעֶרְוַת אֲחִי אָבִיךָ לֹא תְגַלֵּה אֶל אִשְׁתּוֹ לֹא תִקְרָב דֹּדָתְךָ הִוא.
טועֶרְוַת כַּלָּתְךָ לֹא תְגַלֵּה אֵשֶׁת בִּנְךָ הִוא לֹא תְגַלֶּה עֶרְוָתָהּ. טזעֶרְוַת אֵשֶׁת אָחִיךָ לֹא תְגַלֵּה עֶרְוַת אָחִיךָ הִוא.
יזעֶרְוַת אִשָּׁה וּבִתָּהּ לֹא תְגַלֵּה אֶת בַּת בְּנָהּ וְאֶת בַּת בִּתָּהּ לֹא תִקַּח לְגַלּוֹת עֶרְוָתָהּ שַׁאֲרָה הֵנָּה זִמָּה הִוא. יחוְאִשָּׁה אֶל אֲחֹתָהּ לֹא תִקָּח לִצְרֹר לְגַלּוֹת עֶרְוָתָהּ עָלֶיהָ בְּחַיֶּיהָ. יטוְאֶל אִשָּׁה בְּנִדַּת טֻמְאָתָהּ לֹא תִקְרַב לְגַלּוֹת עֶרְוָתָהּ.
כוְאֶל אֵשֶׁת עֲמִיתְךָ לֹא תִתֵּן שְׁכָבְתְּךָ לְזָרַע לְטָמְאָה בָהּ. כאוּמִזַּרְעֲךָ לֹא תִתֵּן לְהַעֲבִיר לַמֹּלֶךְ וְלֹא תְחַלֵּל אֶת שֵׁם אֱלֹהֶיךָ אֲנִי יהוה .
כבוְאֶת זָכָר לֹא תִשְׁכַּב מִשְׁכְּבֵי אִשָּׁה תּוֹעֵבָה הִוא. כגוּבְכָל בְּהֵמָה לֹא תִתֵּן שְׁכָבְתְּךָ לְטָמְאָה בָהּ וְאִשָּׁה לֹא תַעֲמֹד לִפְנֵי בְהֵמָה לְרִבְעָהּ תֶּבֶל הוּא.
כדאַל תִּטַּמְּאוּ בְּכָל אֵלֶּה כִּי בְכָל אֵלֶּה נִטְמְאוּ הַגּוֹיִם אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי מְשַׁלֵּחַ מִפְּנֵיכֶם. כהוַתִּטְמָא הָאָרֶץ וָאֶפְקֹד עֲוֹנָהּ עָלֶיהָ וַתָּקִא הָאָרֶץ אֶת יֹשְׁבֶיהָ. כווּשְׁמַרְתֶּם אַתֶּם אֶת חֻקֹּתַי וְאֶת מִשְׁפָּטַי וְלֹא תַעֲשׂוּ מִכֹּל הַתּוֹעֵבֹת הָאֵלֶּה הָאֶזְרָח וְהַגֵּר הַגָּר בְּתוֹכְכֶם. כזכִּי אֶת כָּל הַתּוֹעֵבֹת הָאֵל עָשׂוּ אַנְשֵׁי הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר לִפְנֵיכֶם וַתִּטְמָא הָאָרֶץ. כחוְלֹא תָקִיא הָאָרֶץ אֶתְכֶם בְּטַמַּאֲכֶם אֹתָהּ כַּאֲשֶׁר קָאָה אֶת הַגּוֹי אֲשֶׁר לִפְנֵיכֶם. כטכִּי כָּל אֲשֶׁר יַעֲשֶׂה מִכֹּל הַתּוֹעֵבֹת הָאֵלֶּה וְנִכְרְתוּ הַנְּפָשׁוֹת הָעֹשֹׂת מִקֶּרֶב עַמָּם. לוּשְׁמַרְתֶּם אֶת מִשְׁמַרְתִּי לְבִלְתִּי עֲשׂוֹת מֵחֻקּוֹת הַתּוֹעֵבֹת אֲשֶׁר נַעֲשׂוּ לִפְנֵיכֶם וְלֹא תִטַּמְּאוּ בָּהֶם אֲנִי יהוה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם.
