Yehoshua 19 – יהושע יט

¹And the second lot came out for Shimon, even for the tribe of B’nei Shimon according to their families; and their inheritance was in the midst of the inheritance of B’nei Yehudah. ²And they had for their inheritance Be’er Sheva with Sheva, and Moladah; ³and Khatzar Shu’al, and Balah, and Atzem; ⁴and Eltolad, and Betul, and Khormah; ⁵and Tziklag, and Beit HaMarkavot, and Khatzar Susah; ⁶and Beit Leva’ot, and Sharuhen; thirteen cities with their villages: ⁷Ain, Rimon, and Eter, and Ashan; four cities with their villages; ⁸and all the villages that were round about these cities to Ba’alat Be’er, as far as Ramah of the South. This is the inheritance of the tribe of B’nei Shimon according to their families. ⁹Out of the allotment of B’nei Yehudah was the inheritance of B’nei Shimon, for the portion of B’nei Yehudah was too much for them; therefore B’nei Shimon had inheritance in the midst of their inheritance.

¹⁰And the third lot came up for B’nei Zevulun according to their families; and the border of their inheritance was unto Sarid. ¹¹And their border went up westward, even to Maralah, and reached to Dabashet; and it reached to the brook that is before Yokne’am. ¹²And it turned from Sarid eastward toward the sunrising unto the border of Kislot Tavor; and it went out to Dovrat, and went up to Yafiah. ¹³And from there it passed along eastward to Gitah Khefer, to Ita Katzin; and it went out at Rimon HaMeto’ar unto Ne’ah. ¹⁴And the border turned about it on the north to Khanaton; and the goings out thereof were at the valley of Yiftakh El; ¹⁵and Katat, and Nahalal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Beit Lekhem; twelve cities with their villages. ¹⁶This  is  the inheritance  of  B’nei Zevulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.

¹⁷The fourth lot came out for Yisakhar, even for B’nei Yisakhar according to their families. ¹⁸And their border was Yizre’el, and Kesulot, and Shunem; ¹⁹and Khafarayim, and Shi’on, and Anakharat; ²⁰and HaRabit, and Kishiyon, and Evez; ²¹and Remet, and Ein Ganim, and Ein Khadah, and Beit Patzetz; ²²and the border reached to Tavor, and Shakhatzimah, and Beit Shemesh; and the goings out of their border were at the Yarden; sixteen cities with their villages. ²³This is the inheritance of the tribe of B’nei Yisakhar according to their families, the cities with their villages. 

²⁴And the fifth lot came out for the tribe of B’nei Asher according to their families. ²⁵And their border was Khelkat, and Khali, and Beten, and Akhshaf; ²⁶and Alam Melekh, and Amad, and Mishal; and it reached to Karmel westward, and to Shikhor Livnat. ²⁷And it turned toward the sunrising to Beit Dagon, and reached to Zevulun and to the valley of Yiftakh El northward at Beit Emek and Niyel; and it went out to Kavul on the left hand, ²⁸and Evron, and Rekhov, and Khamon, and Kanah, even unto great Tzidon. ²⁹And the border turned to Ramah, and to the fortified city of Tzor; and the border turned to Khosah; and the goings out thereof were at the sea from Khevel to Akhzivah; ³⁰Umah also, and Afek, and Rekhov; twenty-two cities with their villages. ³¹This is the inheritance of the tribe of B’nei Asher according to their families, these cities with their villages.

³²The sixth lot came out for B’nei Naftali, even for B’nei Naftali according to their families. ³³And their border was from Khelef, from Eilon B’tza’ananim, and Adami Nekev, and Yavnil, unto Lakum; and the goings out thereof were at the Yarden. ³⁴And the border turned westward to Aznot Tavor, and went out from there to Khukokah; and it reached to Zevulun on the south, and reached to Asher on the west, and to Yehudah at the Yarden toward the sunrising. ³⁵And the fortified cities were Tzidim Tzer, and Khamat, and Rakat, and Kineret; ³⁶and Adamah, and Ramah, and Khatzor; ³⁷and Kedesh, and Edrei, and Ein Khatzor; ³⁸and Yiron, and Migdal El, and Khorem, and Beit Anat, and Beit Shemesh; nineteen cities with their villages. ³⁹This is the inheritance of the tribe of B’nei Naftali according to their families, the cities with their villages.

⁴⁰The seventh lot came out for the tribe of B’nei Dan according to their families. ⁴¹And the border of their inheritance was Tzorah, and Eshta’ol, and Ir Shemesh; ⁴²and Sha’alabin, and Ayalon, and Yitlah; ⁴³and Eilon, and Timnah, and Ekron; ⁴⁴and Eltekeh, and Gibeton, and Ba’alat; ⁴⁵and Yehud, and B’nei Berak, and Gat Rimon; ⁴⁶and Mei Yarkon, and Rakon, with the border over against Yafoh. ⁴⁷And the border of B’nei Dan was too narrow for them; so B’nei Dan went up and fought against Leshem, and took it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and possessed it, and dwelt therein, and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father. ⁴⁸This is the inheritance of the tribe of B’nei Dan according to their families, these cities with their villages. 

⁴⁹When they had made an end of distributing the land for inheritance by the borders thereof, B’nei Yisra’el gave an inheritance to Yehoshua Bin Nun in the midst of them; ⁵⁰according to the command of  יהוה  they gave him the city which he asked, even Timnat Serah in the hill-country of Efrayim; and he built the city, and dwelt therein. ⁵¹These are the inheritances, which El Azar HaKohen, and Yehoshua Bin Nun, and the heads of the fathers’ houses of the tribes of B’nei Yisra’el, distributed for inheritance by lot in Shiloh before  יהוה , at the door of the tent of meeting. So they made an end of dividing the land. 

^אוַיֵּצֵא הַגּוֹרָל הַשֵּׁנִי לְשִׁמְעוֹן לְמַטֵּה בְנֵי שִׁמְעוֹן לְמִשְׁפְּחוֹתָם; וַיְהִי נַחֲלָתָם בְּתוֹךְ נַחֲלַת בְּנֵי יְהוּדָה. ^בוַיְהִי לָהֶם בְּנַחֲלָתָם בְּאֵר שֶׁבַע וְשֶׁבַע וּמוֹלָדָה. ^גוַחֲצַר שׁוּעָל וּבָלָה וָעָצֶם. ^דוְאֶלְתּוֹלַד וּבְתוּל וְחָרְמָה. ^הוְצִקְלַג וּבֵית הַמַּרְכָּבוֹת וַחֲצַר סוּסָה. ^ווּבֵית לְבָאוֹת וְשָׁרוּחֶן: עָרִים שְׁלֹשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה וְחַצְרֵיהֶן. ^זעַיִן רִמּוֹן וָעֶתֶר וְעָשָׁן: עָרִים אַרְבַּע וְחַצְרֵיהֶן. ^חוְכָל הַחֲצֵרִים אֲשֶׁר סְבִיבוֹת הֶעָרִים הָאֵלֶּה עַד בַּעֲלַת בְּאֵר רָאמַת נֶגֶב: זֹאת נַחֲלַת מַטֵּה בְנֵי שִׁמְעוֹן לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם. ^טמֵחֶבֶל בְּנֵי יְהוּדָה נַחֲלַת בְּנֵי שִׁמְעוֹן: כִּי הָיָה חֵלֶק בְּנֵי יְהוּדָה רַב מֵהֶם וַיִּנְחֲלוּ בְנֵי שִׁמְעוֹן בְּתוֹךְ נַחֲלָתָם. 

^יוַיַּעַל הַגּוֹרָל הַשְּׁלִישִׁי לִבְנֵי זְבוּלֻן לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם; וַיְהִי גְּבוּל נַחֲלָתָם עַד שָׂרִיד. ^יאוְעָלָה גְבוּלָם לַיָּמָּה וּמַרְעֲלָה וּפָגַע בְּדַבָּשֶׁת; וּפָגַע אֶל הַנַּחַל אֲשֶׁר עַל פְּנֵי יָקְנְעָם. ^יבוְשָׁב מִשָּׂרִיד קֵדְמָה מִזְרַח הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ עַל גְּבוּל כִּסְלֹת תָּבֹר; וְיָצָא אֶל הַדָּבְרַת וְעָלָה יָפִיעַ. ^יגוּמִשָּׁם עָבַר קֵדְמָה מִזְרָחָה גִּתָּה חֵפֶר עִתָּה קָצִין; וְיָצָא רִמּוֹן הַמְּתֹאָר הַנֵּעָה. ^ידוְנָסַב אֹתוֹ הַגְּבוּל מִצְּפוֹן חַנָּתֹן; וְהָיוּ תֹּצְאֹתָיו גֵּי יִפְתַּח אֵל. ^טווְקַטָּת וְנַהֲלָל וְשִׁמְרוֹן וְיִדְאֲלָה וּבֵית לָחֶם: עָרִים שְׁתֵּים עֶשְׂרֵה וְחַצְרֵיהֶן. ^טזזֹאת נַחֲלַת בְּנֵי זְבוּלֻן לְמִשְׁפְּחוֹתָם הֶעָרִים הָאֵלֶּה וְחַצְרֵיהֶן. 

^יזלְיִשָּׂשכָר יָצָא הַגּוֹרָל הָרְבִיעִי: לִבְנֵי יִשָּׂשכָר לְמִשְׁפְּחוֹתָם. ^יחוַיְהִי גְּבוּלָם יִזְרְעֶאלָה וְהַכְּסוּלֹת וְשׁוּנֵם. ^יטוַחֲפָרַיִם וְשִׁיאֹן וַאֲנָחֲרַת. ^כוְהָרַבִּית וְקִשְׁיוֹן וָאָבֶץ. ^כאוְרֶמֶת וְעֵין גַּנִּים וְעֵין חַדָּה וּבֵית פַּצֵּץ. ^כבוּפָגַע הַגְּבוּל בְּתָבוֹר ושחצומה (וְשַׁחֲצִימָה) וּבֵית שֶׁמֶשׁ וְהָיוּ תֹּצְאוֹת גְּבוּלָם הַיַּרְדֵּן: עָרִים שֵׁשׁ עֶשְׂרֵה וְחַצְרֵיהֶן. ^כגזֹאת נַחֲלַת מַטֵּה בְנֵי יִשָּׂשכָר לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם: הֶעָרִים וְחַצְרֵיהֶן. 

^כדוַיֵּצֵא הַגּוֹרָל הַחֲמִישִׁי לְמַטֵּה בְנֵי אָשֵׁר לְמִשְׁפְּחוֹתָם. ^כהוַיְהִי גְּבוּלָם חֶלְקַת וַחֲלִי וָבֶטֶן וְאַכְשָׁף. ^כווְאַלַמֶּלֶךְ וְעַמְעָד וּמִשְׁאָל; וּפָגַע בְּכַרְמֶל הַיָּמָּה וּבְשִׁיחוֹר לִבְנָת. ^כזוְשָׁב מִזְרַח הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ בֵּית דָּגֹן וּפָגַע בִּזְבֻלוּן וּבְגֵי יִפְתַּח אֵל צָפוֹנָה בֵּית הָעֵמֶק וּנְעִיאֵל; וְיָצָא אֶל כָּבוּל מִשְּׂמֹאל. ^כחוְעֶבְרֹן וּרְחֹב וְחַמּוֹן וְקָנָה עַד צִידוֹן רַבָּה. ^כטוְשָׁב הַגְּבוּל הָרָמָה וְעַד עִיר מִבְצַר צֹר; וְשָׁב הַגְּבוּל חֹסָה ויהיו (וְהָיוּ) תֹצְאֹתָיו הַיָּמָּה מֵחֶבֶל אַכְזִיבָה. ^לוְעֻמָה וַאֲפֵק וּרְחֹב: עָרִים עֶשְׂרִים וּשְׁתַּיִם וְחַצְרֵיהֶן. ^לאזֹאת נַחֲלַת מַטֵּה בְנֵי אָשֵׁר לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם: הֶעָרִים הָאֵלֶּה וְחַצְרֵיהֶן. 

^לבלִבְנֵי נַפְתָּלִי יָצָא הַגּוֹרָל הַשִּׁשִּׁי לִבְנֵי נַפְתָּלִי לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם. ^לגוַיְהִי גְבוּלָם מֵחֵלֶף מֵאֵלוֹן בְּצַעֲנַנִּים וַאֲדָמִי הַנֶּקֶב וְיַבְנְאֵל עַד לַקּוּם; וַיְהִי תֹצְאֹתָיו הַיַּרְדֵּן. ^לדוְשָׁב הַגְּבוּל יָמָּה אַזְנוֹת תָּבוֹר וְיָצָא מִשָּׁם חוּקֹקָה; וּפָגַע בִּזְבֻלוּן מִנֶּגֶב וּבְאָשֵׁר פָּגַע מִיָּם וּבִיהוּדָה הַיַּרְדֵּן מִזְרַח הַשָּׁמֶשׁ. ^להוְעָרֵי מִבְצָר הַצִּדִּים צֵר וְחַמַּת רַקַּת וְכִנָּרֶת. ^לווַאֲדָמָה וְהָרָמָה וְחָצוֹר. ^לזוְקֶדֶשׁ וְאֶדְרֶעִי וְעֵין חָצוֹר. ^לחוְיִרְאוֹן וּמִגְדַּל אֵל חֳרֵם וּבֵית עֲנָת וּבֵית שָׁמֶשׁ: עָרִים תְּשַׁע עֶשְׂרֵה וְחַצְרֵיהֶן. ^לטזֹאת נַחֲלַת מַטֵּה בְנֵי נַפְתָּלִי לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם: הֶעָרִים וְחַצְרֵיהֶן. 

^מלְמַטֵּה בְנֵי דָן לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם יָצָא הַגּוֹרָל הַשְּׁבִיעִי. ^מאוַיְהִי גְּבוּל נַחֲלָתָם צָרְעָה וְאֶשְׁתָּאוֹל וְעִיר שָׁמֶשׁ. ^מבוְשַׁעֲלַבִּין וְאַיָּלוֹן וְיִתְלָה. ^מגוְאֵילוֹן וְתִמְנָתָה וְעֶקְרוֹן. ^מדוְאֶלְתְּקֵה וְגִבְּתוֹן וּבַעֲלָת. ^מהוִיהֻד וּבְנֵי בְרַק וְגַת רִמּוֹן. ^מווּמֵי הַיַּרְקוֹן וְהָרַקּוֹן; עִם הַגְּבוּל מוּל יָפוֹ. ^מזוַיֵּצֵא גְבוּל בְּנֵי דָן מֵהֶם; וַיַּעֲלוּ בְנֵי דָן וַיִּלָּחֲמוּ עִם לֶשֶׁם וַיִּלְכְּדוּ אוֹתָהּ וַיַּכּוּ אוֹתָהּ לְפִי חֶרֶב וַיִּרְשׁוּ אוֹתָהּ וַיֵּשְׁבוּ בָהּ וַיִּקְרְאוּ לְלֶשֶׁם דָּן כְּשֵׁם דָּן אֲבִיהֶם. ^מחזֹאת נַחֲלַת מַטֵּה בְנֵי דָן לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם: הֶעָרִים הָאֵלֶּה וְחַצְרֵיהֶן.

^מטוַיְכַלּוּ לִנְחֹל אֶת הָאָרֶץ לִגְבוּלֹתֶיהָ; וַיִּתְּנוּ בְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל נַחֲלָה לִיהוֹשֻׁעַ בִּן נוּן בְּתוֹכָם. ^נעַל פִּי יהוה נָתְנוּ לוֹ אֶת הָעִיר אֲשֶׁר שָׁאָל אֶת תִּמְנַת סֶרַח בְּהַר אֶפְרָיִם; וַיִּבְנֶה אֶת הָעִיר וַיֵּשֶׁב בָּהּ. ^נאאֵלֶּה הַנְּחָלֹת אֲשֶׁר נִחֲלוּ אֶלְעָזָר הַכֹּהֵן וִיהוֹשֻׁעַ בִּן נוּן וְרָאשֵׁי הָאָבוֹת לְמַטּוֹת בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל בְּגוֹרָל בְּשִׁלֹה לִפְנֵי יהוה פֶּתַח אֹהֶל מוֹעֵד; וַיְכַלּוּ מֵחַלֵּק אֶת הָאָרֶץ.
