1Hallelu Yah! Praise יהוה , O my soul.
2I will praise יהוה while I live; I will sing unto my Elohim while I have my being.
3Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.
4His breath goes forth, he returns to his dust; in that very day his thoughts perish.
5Happy is he whose help is the Elohim of Ya’akov, whose hope is in יהוה his Elohim,
6Who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is; who keeps truth forever;
7Who executes justice for the oppressed; who gives bread to the hungry. יהוה looses the prisoners;
8 יהוה opens the eyes of the blind; יהוה raises up them that are bowed down; יהוה loves the Tzadikim;
9 יהוה preserves the strangers; He upholds the fatherless and the widow; but the way of the wicked He makes crooked.
10 יהוה will reign forever, your Elohim, O Tzion, unto all generations. Hallelu Yah!
אהַלְלוּ יה : הַלְלִי נַפְשִׁי אֶת יהוה .
באֲהַלְלָה יהוה בְּחַיָּי; אֲזַמְּרָה לֵאלֹהַי בְּעוֹדִי.
גאַל תִּבְטְחוּ בִנְדִיבִים בְּבֶן אָדָם שֶׁאֵין לוֹ תְשׁוּעָה.
דתֵּצֵא רוּחוֹ יָשֻׁב לְאַדְמָתוֹ; בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא אָבְדוּ עֶשְׁתֹּנֹתָיו.
האַשְׁרֵי שֶׁאֵל יַעֲקֹב בְּעֶזְרוֹ: שִׂבְרוֹ עַל יהוה אֱלֹהָיו.
ועֹשֶׂה שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ אֶת הַיָּם וְאֶת כָּל אֲשֶׁר בָּם; הַשֹּׁמֵר אֱמֶת לְעוֹלָם.
זעֹשֶׂה מִשְׁפָּט לָעֲשׁוּקִים נֹתֵן לֶחֶם לָרְעֵבִים; יהוה מַתִּיר אֲסוּרִים.
ח יהוה פֹּקֵחַ עִוְרִים יהוה זֹקֵף כְּפוּפִים; יהוה אֹהֵב צַדִּיקִים.
ט יהוה שֹׁמֵר אֶת גֵּרִים יָתוֹם וְאַלְמָנָה יְעוֹדֵד; וְדֶרֶךְ רְשָׁעִים יְעַוֵּת.
ייִמְלֹךְ יהוה לְעוֹלָם אֱלֹהַיִךְ צִיּוֹן לְדֹר וָדֹר: הַלְלוּ יה !
