1For the Leader. A Mizmor of David.
2The heavens declare the glory of Elohim, and the firmament shows His handiwork;
3Day unto day utters speech, and night unto night reveals knowledge;
4There is no speech, there are no words, neither is their voice heard.
5Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them has He set an Ohel for the sun,
6Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his Khupah, and rejoices as a strong man to run his course.
7His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it; and there is nothing hidden from the heat thereof.
8The Torah of יהוה is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of יהוה is sure, making wise the simple.
9The precepts of יהוה are right, rejoicing the heart; the Mitzvah of יהוה is pure, enlightening the eyes.
10The fear of יהוה is clean, enduring forever; the ordinances of יהוה are true, they are righteous altogether;
11More to be desired are they than gold, yes, than much fine gold; sweeter also than honey, and the honeycomb.
12Moreover, by them is Your servant warned; in keeping of them there is great reward.
13Who can discern his errors? Clear me from hidden faults.
14Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins, that they may not have dominion over me; then shall I be faultless, and I shall be clear from great transgression.
15Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable before You, O יהוה , my Rock, and my Redeemer.
אלַמְנַצֵּחַ מִזְמוֹר לְדָוִד.
בהַשָּׁמַיִם מְסַפְּרִים כְּבוֹד אֵל; וּמַעֲשֵׂה יָדָיו מַגִּיד הָרָקִיעַ.
גיוֹם לְיוֹם יַבִּיעַ אֹמֶר; וְלַיְלָה לְּלַיְלָה יְחַוֶּה דָּעַת.
דאֵין אֹמֶר וְאֵין דְּבָרִים: בְּלִי נִשְׁמָע קוֹלָם.
הבְּכָל הָאָרֶץ יָצָא קַוָּם וּבִקְצֵה תֵבֵל מִלֵּיהֶם; לַשֶּׁמֶשׁ שָׂם אֹהֶל בָּהֶם.
ווְהוּא כְּחָתָן יֹצֵא מֵחֻפָּתוֹ; יָשִׂישׂ כְּגִבּוֹר לָרוּץ אֹרַח.
זמִקְצֵה הַשָּׁמַיִם מוֹצָאוֹ וּתְקוּפָתוֹ עַל קְצוֹתָם; וְאֵין נִסְתָּר מֵחַמָּתוֹ.
חתּוֹרַת יהוה תְּמִימָה מְשִׁיבַת נָפֶשׁ; עֵדוּת יהוה נֶאֱמָנָה מַחְכִּימַת פֶּתִי.
טפִּקּוּדֵי יהוה יְשָׁרִים מְשַׂמְּחֵי לֵב; מִצְוַת יהוה בָּרָה מְאִירַת עֵינָיִם.
ייִרְאַת יהוה טְהוֹרָה עוֹמֶדֶת לָעַד: מִשְׁפְּטֵי יהוה אֱמֶת; צָדְקוּ יַחְדָּו.
יאהַנֶּחֱמָדִים מִזָּהָב וּמִפַּז רָב; וּמְתוּקִים מִדְּבַשׁ וְנֹפֶת צוּפִים.
יבגַּם עַבְדְּךָ נִזְהָר בָּהֶם; בְּשָׁמְרָם עֵקֶב רָב.
יגשְׁגִיאוֹת מִי יָבִין; מִנִּסְתָּרוֹת נַקֵּנִי.
ידגַּם מִזֵּדִים חֲשֹׂךְ עַבְדֶּךָ אַל יִמְשְׁלוּ בִי אָז אֵיתָם; וְנִקֵּיתִי מִפֶּשַׁע רָב.
טויִהְיוּ לְרָצוֹן אִמְרֵי פִי וְהֶגְיוֹן לִבִּי לְפָנֶיךָ: יהוה צוּרִי וְגֹאֲלִי.
