1By David. Unto You, O יהוה , do I lift up my soul.
2O my Elohim, in You have I trusted, let me not be ashamed; let not my enemies triumph over me.
3Yes, none that wait for You shall be ashamed; they shall be ashamed that deal treacherously without cause.
4Show me Your ways, O יהוה ; teach me Your paths.
5Guide me in Your truth, and teach me; for You are the Elohim of my Salvation; for You do I wait all the day.
6Remember, O יהוה , Your mercies and Your compassions; for they have been from of old.
7Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions; according to Your compassion remember me, for Your goodness’ sake, O יהוה .
8Good and upright is יהוה ; therefore does He instruct sinners in HaDerekh.
9He guides the humble in justice; and He teaches the humble His Derekh.
10All the paths of יהוה are mercy and truth unto such as keep His Brit, and His testimonies.
11For Your Name’s sake, O יהוה , pardon my iniquity, for it is great.
12What man is he that fears יהוה ? Him will He instruct in HaDerekh, which he should choose.
13His soul shall abide in prosperity; and his seed shall inherit the land.
14The counsel of יהוה is with them that fear Him; and His Brit, to make them know it.
15My eyes are ever toward יהוה ; for He will bring forth my feet out of the net.
16Turn unto me, and be gracious unto me; for I am solitary and afflicted.
17The troubles of my heart are enlarged; O bring me out of my distresses.
18See my affliction and my travail; and forgive all my sins.
19Consider how many are my enemies, and the cruel hatred wherewith they hate me.
20O keep my soul, and deliver me; let me not be ashamed, for I have taken refuge in You.
21Let integrity and uprightness preserve me, because I wait for You.
22Redeem Yisra’el, O Elohim, out of all his troubles.
אלְדָוִד: אֵלֶיךָ יהוה נַפְשִׁי אֶשָּׂא.
באֱלֹהַי בְּךָ בָטַחְתִּי אַל אֵבוֹשָׁה; אַל יַעַלְצוּ אוֹיְבַי לִי.
גגַּם כָּל קֹוֶיךָ לֹא יֵבֹשׁוּ; יֵבֹשׁוּ הַבּוֹגְדִים רֵיקָם.
דדְּרָכֶיךָ יהוה הוֹדִיעֵנִי; אֹרְחוֹתֶיךָ לַמְּדֵנִי.
ההַדְרִיכֵנִי בַאֲמִתֶּךָ וְלַמְּדֵנִי כִּי אַתָּה אֱלֹהֵי יִשְׁעִי; אוֹתְךָ קִוִּיתִי כָּל הַיּוֹם.
וזְכֹר רַחֲמֶיךָ יהוה וַחֲסָדֶיךָ: כִּי מֵעוֹלָם הֵמָּה.
זחַטֹּאות נְעוּרַי וּפְשָׁעַי אַל תִּזְכֹּר: כְּחַסְדְּךָ זְכָר לִי אַתָּה לְמַעַן טוּבְךָ יהוה .
חטוֹב וְיָשָׁר יהוה ; עַל כֵּן יוֹרֶה חַטָּאִים בַּדָּרֶךְ.
טיַדְרֵךְ עֲנָוִים בַּמִּשְׁפָּט; וִילַמֵּד עֲנָוִים דַּרְכּוֹ.
יכָּל אָרְחוֹת יהוה חֶסֶד וֶאֱמֶת לְנֹצְרֵי בְרִיתוֹ וְעֵדֹתָיו.
יאלְמַעַן שִׁמְךָ יהוה ; וְסָלַחְתָּ לַעֲוֹנִי כִּי רַב הוּא.
יבמִי זֶה הָאִישׁ יְרֵא יהוה יוֹרֶנּוּ בְּדֶרֶךְ יִבְחָר.
יגנַפְשׁוֹ בְּטוֹב תָּלִין; וְזַרְעוֹ יִירַשׁ אָרֶץ.
ידסוֹד יהוה לִירֵאָיו; וּבְרִיתוֹ לְהוֹדִיעָם.
טועֵינַי תָּמִיד אֶל יהוה : כִּי הוּא יוֹצִיא מֵרֶשֶׁת רַגְלָי.
טזפְּנֵה אֵלַי וְחָנֵּנִי: כִּי יָחִיד וְעָנִי אָנִי.
יזצָרוֹת לְבָבִי הִרְחִיבוּ; מִמְּצוּקוֹתַי הוֹצִיאֵנִי.
יחרְאֵה עָנְיִי וַעֲמָלִי; וְשָׂא לְכָל חַטֹּאותָי.
יטרְאֵה אֹיְבַי כִּי רָבּוּ; וְשִׂנְאַת חָמָס שְׂנֵאוּנִי.
כשָׁמְרָה נַפְשִׁי וְהַצִּילֵנִי; אַל אֵבוֹשׁ כִּי חָסִיתִי בָךְ.
כאתֹּם וָיֹשֶׁר יִצְּרוּנִי: כִּי קִוִּיתִיךָ.
כבפְּדֵה אֱלֹהִים אֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל מִכֹּל צָרוֹתָיו.
