1For the Leader. A Mizmor of David.
2In you, O יהוה , have I taken refuge; let me never be ashamed; deliver me in Your tzedaka.
3Incline Your ear unto me, deliver me speedily; be to me a Rock of refuge, even a fortress of defense, to save me.
4For You are my Rock and my fortress; therefore for Your Name’s sake lead me and guide me.
5Bring me forth out of the net that they have hidden for me; for You are my stronghold.
6Into Your hand I commit my spirit; You have redeemed me, O יהוה , You, El Emet.
7I hate them that regard lying vanities; but I trust in יהוה .
8I will be glad and rejoice in Your compassion; for You have seen my affliction, You have taken cognizance of the troubles of my soul,
9And You have not given me over into the hand of the enemy; You have set my feet in a broad place.
10Be gracious unto me, O יהוה , for I am in distress; my eye wastes away with vexation, yes, my soul and my body.
11For my life is spent in sorrow, and my years in sighing; my strength fails because of my iniquity, and my bones are wasted away.
12Because of all my adversaries I am become a reproach, yes, unto my neighbors exceedingly, and a dread to my acquaintance; they that see me without flee from me.
13I am forgotten as a dead man out of mind; I am like a useless vessel.
14For I have heard the whispering of many, terror on every side; while they took counsel together against me, they devised to take away my life.
15But as for me, I have trusted in You, O יהוה ; I have said, “You are my Elohim.”
16My times are in Your hand; deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from them that persecute me.
17Make Your face to shine upon Your servant; save me in Your compassion.
18O יהוה , let me not be ashamed, for I have called upon You; let the wicked be ashamed, let them be put to silence in She’ol.
19Let the lying lips be dumb, which speak arrogantly against a Tzadik, with pride and contempt.
20Oh how abundant is Your goodness, which You have laid up for them that fear You; which You have wrought for them that take their refuge in You, in the sight of the sons of men!
21You hide them in the secret place of Your presence from the plottings of man; You conceal them in a Sukka, from the strife of tongues.
22Blessed is יהוה ; for He has shown me His wondrous compassion in an entrenched city.
23As for me, I said in my haste, “I am cut off from before Your eyes”; nevertheless, You heard the voice of my supplications when I cried unto You.
24O love יהוה , all you His Khasidim; יהוה preserves the faithful, and plentifully repays him that acts haughtily.
25Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you that wait for יהוה .
אלַמְנַצֵּחַ מִזְמוֹר לְדָוִד.
בבְּךָ יהוה חָסִיתִי אַל אֵבוֹשָׁה לְעוֹלָם; בְּצִדְקָתְךָ פַלְּטֵנִי.
גהַטֵּה אֵלַי אָזְנְךָ מְהֵרָה הַצִּילֵנִי: הֱיֵה לִי לְצוּר מָעוֹז לְבֵית מְצוּדוֹת; לְהוֹשִׁיעֵנִי.
דכִּי סַלְעִי וּמְצוּדָתִי אָתָּה; וּלְמַעַן שִׁמְךָ תַּנְחֵנִי וּתְנַהֲלֵנִי.
התּוֹצִיאֵנִי מֵרֶשֶׁת זוּ טָמְנוּ לִי: כִּי אַתָּה מָעוּזִּי.
ובְּיָדְךָ אַפְקִיד רוּחִי: פָּדִיתָ אוֹתִי יהוה אֵל אֱמֶת.
זשָׂנֵאתִי הַשֹּׁמְרִים הַבְלֵי שָׁוְא; וַאֲנִי אֶל יהוה בָּטָחְתִּי.
חאָגִילָה וְאֶשְׂמְחָה בְּחַסְדֶּךָ: אֲשֶׁר רָאִיתָ אֶת עָנְיִי; יָדַעְתָּ בְּצָרוֹת נַפְשִׁי.
טוְלֹא הִסְגַּרְתַּנִי בְּיַד אוֹיֵב; הֶעֱמַדְתָּ בַמֶּרְחָב רַגְלָי.
יחָנֵּנִי יהוה כִּי צַר לִי: עָשְׁשָׁה בְכַעַס עֵינִי; נַפְשִׁי וּבִטְנִי.
יאכִּי כָלוּ בְיָגוֹן חַיַּי וּשְׁנוֹתַי בַּאֲנָחָה: כָּשַׁל בַּעֲוֹנִי כֹחִי; וַעֲצָמַי עָשֵׁשׁוּ.
יבמִכָּל צֹרְרַי הָיִיתִי חֶרְפָּה וְלִשְׁכֵנַי מְאֹד וּפַחַד לִמְיֻדָּעָי: רֹאַי בַּחוּץ נָדְדוּ מִמֶּנִּי.
יגנִשְׁכַּחְתִּי כְּמֵת מִלֵּב; הָיִיתִי כִּכְלִי אֹבֵד.
ידכִּי שָׁמַעְתִּי דִּבַּת רַבִּים מָגוֹר מִסָּבִיב: בְּהִוָּסְדָם יַחַד עָלַי; לָקַחַת נַפְשִׁי זָמָמוּ.
טווַאֲנִי עָלֶיךָ בָטַחְתִּי יהוה ; אָמַרְתִּי אֱלֹהַי אָתָּה.
טזבְּיָדְךָ עִתֹּתָי; הַצִּילֵנִי מִיַּד אוֹיְבַי וּמֵרֹדְפָי.
יזהָאִירָה פָנֶיךָ עַל עַבְדֶּךָ; הוֹשִׁיעֵנִי בְחַסְדֶּךָ.
יח יהוה אַל אֵבוֹשָׁה כִּי קְרָאתִיךָ; יֵבֹשׁוּ רְשָׁעִים יִדְּמוּ לִשְׁאוֹל.
יטתֵּאָלַמְנָה שִׂפְתֵי שָׁקֶר: הַדֹּבְרוֹת עַל צַדִּיק עָתָק בְּגַאֲוָה וָבוּז.
כמָה רַב טוּבְךָ אֲשֶׁר צָפַנְתָּ לִּירֵאֶיךָ: פָּעַלְתָּ לַחֹסִים בָּךְ; נֶגֶד בְּנֵי אָדָם.
כאתַּסְתִּירֵם בְּסֵתֶר פָּנֶיךָ מֵרֻכְסֵי אִישׁ: תִּצְפְּנֵם בְּסֻכָּה; מֵרִיב לְשֹׁנוֹת.
כבבָּרוּךְ יהוה : כִּי הִפְלִיא חַסְדּוֹ לִי בְּעִיר מָצוֹר.
כגוַאֲנִי אָמַרְתִּי בְחָפְזִי נִגְרַזְתִּי מִנֶּגֶד עֵינֶיךָ: אָכֵן שָׁמַעְתָּ קוֹל תַּחֲנוּנַי; בְּשַׁוְּעִי אֵלֶיךָ.
כדאֶהֱבוּ אֶת יהוה כָּל חֲסִידָיו: אֱמוּנִים נֹצֵר יהוה ; וּמְשַׁלֵּם עַל יֶתֶר עֹשֵׂה גַאֲוָה.
כהחִזְקוּ וְיַאֲמֵץ לְבַבְכֶם כָּל הַמְיַחֲלִים לַיהוה .
