2The fool has said in his heart, “There is no Elohim”; they have dealt corruptly, and have done abominable iniquity; there is none that does good.
3Elohim looked forth from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there was any man of understanding, that did seek after Elohim.
4Every one of them is unclean, they are together become impure; there is none that does good, no, not one.
5“Shall not the workers of iniquity know it, who eat up My people as they eat bread, and call not upon Elohim?”
6There are they in great fear, where no fear was; for Elohim has scattered the bones of him that encamps against you; You have put them to shame, because Elohim has rejected them.
7Oh that the Salvation of Yisra’el were come out of Tzion! When Elohim turns the captivity of His people, let Ya’akov rejoice; let Yisra’el be glad.
אלַמְנַצֵּחַ עַל מָחֲלַת מַשְׂכִּיל לְדָוִד.
באָמַר נָבָל בְּלִבּוֹ אֵין אֱלֹהִים; הִשְׁחִיתוּ וְהִתְעִיבוּ עָוֶל אֵין עֹשֵׂה טוֹב.
גאֱלֹהִים מִשָּׁמַיִם הִשְׁקִיף עַל בְּנֵי אָדָם: לִרְאוֹת הֲיֵשׁ מַשְׂכִּיל דֹּרֵשׁ אֶת אֱלֹהִים.
דכֻּלּוֹ סָג יַחְדָּו נֶאֱלָחוּ: אֵין עֹשֵׂה טוֹב; אֵין גַּם אֶחָד.
ההֲלֹא יָדְעוּ פֹּעֲלֵי אָוֶן: אֹכְלֵי עַמִּי אָכְלוּ לֶחֶם; אֱלֹהִים לֹא קָרָאוּ.
ושָׁם פָּחֲדוּ פַחַד לֹא הָיָה פָחַד: כִּי אֱלֹהִים פִּזַּר עַצְמוֹת חֹנָךְ; הֱבִשֹׁתָה כִּי אֱלֹהִים מְאָסָם.
זמִי יִתֵּן מִצִּיּוֹן יְשֻׁעוֹת יִשְׂרָאֵל: בְּשׁוּב אֱלֹהִים שְׁבוּת עַמּוֹ; יָגֵל יַעֲקֹב יִשְׂמַח יִשְׂרָאֵל.
