2O יהוה , rebuke me not in Your anger, neither chasten me in Your wrath.
3Be gracious unto me, O יהוה , for I languish away; heal me, O יהוה , for my bones are terrified.
4My soul also is very terrified; and You, O יהוה , how long?
5Return, O יהוה , deliver my soul; save me for Your compassion’s sake.
6For in Mavet there is no remembrance of You; in She’ol who will give You thanks?
7I am weary with my groaning; every night I make my bed to swim; I melt away my couch with my tears.
8My eye is dimmed because of vexation; it waxes old because of all my adversaries.
9Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity, for יהוה has heard the voice of my weeping.
10 יהוה has heard my supplication; יהוה receives my prayer.
11All my enemies shall be ashamed and very terrified; they shall turn back, they shall be ashamed suddenly.
אלַמְנַצֵּחַ בִּנְגִינוֹת עַל הַשְּׁמִינִית; מִזְמוֹר לְדָוִד.
ב יהוה אַל בְּאַפְּךָ תוֹכִיחֵנִי; וְאַל בַּחֲמָתְךָ תְיַסְּרֵנִי.
גחָנֵּנִי יהוה כִּי אֻמְלַל אָנִי: רְפָאֵנִי יהוה כִּי נִבְהֲלוּ עֲצָמָי.
דוְנַפְשִׁי נִבְהֲלָה מְאֹד; ואת (וְאַתָּה) יהוה עַד מָתָי.
השׁוּבָה יהוה חַלְּצָה נַפְשִׁי; הוֹשִׁיעֵנִי לְמַעַן חַסְדֶּךָ.
וכִּי אֵין בַּמָּוֶת זִכְרֶךָ; בִּשְׁאוֹל מִי יוֹדֶה לָּךְ.
זיָגַעְתִּי בְּאַנְחָתִי אַשְׂחֶה בְכָל לַיְלָה מִטָּתִי; בְּדִמְעָתִי עַרְשִׂי אַמְסֶה.
חעָשְׁשָׁה מִכַּעַס עֵינִי; עָתְקָה בְּכָל צוֹרְרָי.
טסוּרוּ מִמֶּנִּי כָּל פֹּעֲלֵי אָוֶן: כִּי שָׁמַע יהוה קוֹל בִּכְיִי.
ישָׁמַע יהוה תְּחִנָּתִי; יהוה תְּפִלָּתִי יִקָּח.
יאיֵבֹשׁוּ וְיִבָּהֲלוּ מְאֹד כָּל אֹיְבָי; יָשֻׁבוּ יֵבֹשׁוּ רָגַע.
