2We give thanks unto You, O Elohim, we give thanks, and Your Name is near; men tell of Your wondrous works.
3“When I take the Mo’ed, I Myself will judge with equity.
4When the earth and all the inhabitants thereof are dissolved, I Myself establish the pillars of it.” Selah.
5I say unto the arrogant, “Deal not arrogantly”; and to the wicked, “Lift not up the horn.”
6Lift not up your horn on high; speak not insolence with a haughty neck.
7For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the wilderness, comes lifting up.
8For Elohim is judge; He puts down one, and lifts up another.
9For in the hand of יהוה there is a cup, with foaming wine, full of mixture, and He pours out of the same; surely the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall drain them, and drink them.
10But as for me, I will declare forever, I will sing praises to the Elohim of Ya’akov.
11All the horns of the wicked also will I cut off; but the horns of a Tzadik shall be lifted up.
אלַמְנַצֵּחַ אַל תַּשְׁחֵת; מִזְמוֹר לְאָסָף שִׁיר.
בהוֹדִינוּ לְּךָ אֱלֹהִים הוֹדִינוּ וְקָרוֹב שְׁמֶךָ; סִפְּרוּ נִפְלְאוֹתֶיךָ.
גכִּי אֶקַּח מוֹעֵד; אֲנִי מֵישָׁרִים אֶשְׁפֹּט.
דנְמֹגִים אֶרֶץ וְכָל יֹשְׁבֶיהָ; אָנֹכִי תִכַּנְתִּי עַמּוּדֶיהָ סֶּלָה.
האָמַרְתִּי לַהוֹלְלִים אַל תָּהֹלּוּ; וְלָרְשָׁעִים אַל תָּרִימוּ קָרֶן.
ואַל תָּרִימוּ לַמָּרוֹם קַרְנְכֶם; תְּדַבְּרוּ בְצַוָּאר עָתָק.
זכִּי לֹא מִמּוֹצָא וּמִמַּעֲרָב; וְלֹא מִמִּדְבַּר הָרִים.
חכִּי אֱלֹהִים שֹׁפֵט; זֶה יַשְׁפִּיל וְזֶה יָרִים.
טכִּי כוֹס בְּיַד יהוה וְיַיִן חָמַר מָלֵא מֶסֶךְ וַיַּגֵּר מִזֶּה: אַךְ שְׁמָרֶיהָ יִמְצוּ יִשְׁתּוּ; כֹּל רִשְׁעֵי אָרֶץ.
יוַאֲנִי אַגִּיד לְעֹלָם; אֲזַמְּרָה לֵאלֹהֵי יַעֲקֹב.
יאוְכָל קַרְנֵי רְשָׁעִים אֲגַדֵּעַ; תְּרוֹמַמְנָה קַרְנוֹת צַדִּיק.
