1A Tefilah of David. Incline Your ear, O יהוה , and answer me; for I am poor and needy.
2Keep my soul, for I am a Khasid; O You my Elohim, save Your servant that trusts in You.
3Be gracious unto me, O Adonai; for unto You do I cry all the day.
4Make joyful the soul of Your servant; for unto You, O Adonai, do I lift up my soul.
5For You, Adonai, are good, and ready to pardon, and plenteous in compassion unto all them that call upon You.
6Give ear, O יהוה , unto my prayer; and attend unto the voice of my supplications.
7In the day of my trouble I call upon You; for You will answer me.
8There is none like unto You among the gods, O Adonai, and there are no works like Yours.
9All nations whom You have made shall come and prostrate themselves before You, O Adonai; and they shall glorify Your Name.
10For You are great, and do wondrous things; You are Elohim alone.
11Teach me, O יהוה , Your Derekh, that I may walk in Your truth; unify my heart to fear Your Name.
12I will thank You, O Adonai my Elohim, with my whole heart; and I will glorify Your Name for evermore.
13For great is Your compassion toward me; and You have delivered my soul from the lowest parts of She’ol.
14O Elohim, the proud are risen up against me, and the company of violent men have sought after my soul, and have not set You before them.
15But You, O Adonai, are El, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in compassion and truth.
16O turn unto me, and be gracious unto me; give Your strength unto Your servant, and save the son of Your handmaid.
17Work in my behalf a sign for good; that they that hate me may see it, and be put to shame, because You, יהוה , have helped me, and comforted me.
אתְּפִלָּה לְדָוִד: הַטֵּה יהוה אָזְנְךָ עֲנֵנִי כִּי עָנִי וְאֶבְיוֹן אָנִי.
בשָׁמְרָה נַפְשִׁי כִּי חָסִיד אָנִי: הוֹשַׁע עַבְדְּךָ אַתָּה אֱלֹהַי הַבּוֹטֵחַ אֵלֶיךָ.
גחָנֵּנִי אֲדֹנָי: כִּי אֵלֶיךָ אֶקְרָא כָּל הַיּוֹם.
דשַׂמֵּחַ נֶפֶשׁ עַבְדֶּךָ: כִּי אֵלֶיךָ אֲדֹנָי נַפְשִׁי אֶשָּׂא.
הכִּי אַתָּה אֲדֹנָי טוֹב וְסַלָּח; וְרַב חֶסֶד לְכָל קֹרְאֶיךָ.
והַאֲזִינָה יהוה תְּפִלָּתִי; וְהַקְשִׁיבָה בְּקוֹל תַּחֲנוּנוֹתָי.
זבְּיוֹם צָרָתִי אֶקְרָאֶךָּ: כִּי תַעֲנֵנִי.
חאֵין כָּמוֹךָ בָאֱלֹהִים אֲדֹנָי; וְאֵין כְּמַעֲשֶׂיךָ.
טכָּל גּוֹיִם אֲשֶׁר עָשִׂיתָ יָבוֹאוּ וְיִשְׁתַּחֲווּ לְפָנֶיךָ אֲדֹנָי; וִיכַבְּדוּ לִשְׁמֶךָ.
יכִּי גָדוֹל אַתָּה וְעֹשֵׂה נִפְלָאוֹת; אַתָּה אֱלֹהִים לְבַדֶּךָ.
יאהוֹרֵנִי יהוה דַּרְכֶּךָ אֲהַלֵּךְ בַּאֲמִתֶּךָ; יַחֵד לְבָבִי לְיִרְאָה שְׁמֶךָ.
יבאוֹדְךָ אֲדֹנָי אֱלֹהַי בְּכָל לְבָבִי; וַאֲכַבְּדָה שִׁמְךָ לְעוֹלָם.
יגכִּי חַסְדְּךָ גָּדוֹל עָלָי; וְהִצַּלְתָּ נַפְשִׁי מִשְּׁאוֹל תַּחְתִּיָּה.
ידאֱלֹהִים זֵדִים קָמוּ עָלַי וַעֲדַת עָרִיצִים בִּקְשׁוּ נַפְשִׁי; וְלֹא שָׂמוּךָ לְנֶגְדָּם.
טווְאַתָּה אֲדֹנָי אֵל רַחוּם וְחַנּוּן; אֶרֶךְ אַפַּיִם וְרַב חֶסֶד וֶאֱמֶת.
טזפְּנֵה אֵלַי וְחָנֵּנִי: תְּנָה עֻזְּךָ לְעַבְדֶּךָ; וְהוֹשִׁיעָה לְבֶן אֲמָתֶךָ.
יזעֲשֵׂה עִמִּי אוֹת לְטוֹבָה: וְיִרְאוּ שֹׂנְאַי וְיֵבֹשׁוּ כִּי אַתָּה יהוה עֲזַרְתַּנִי וְנִחַמְתָּנִי.
