1Bless יהוה , O my soul. O יהוה my Elohim, You are very great; You are clothed with glory and majesty.
2Who covers Yourself with light as with a garment, who stretches out the heavens like a curtain;
3Who lays the beams of Your upper chambers in the waters, who makes the clouds Your chariot, who walks upon the wings of the wind;
4Who makes winds Your messengers, the flaming fire Your ministers.
5Who did establish the earth upon its foundations, that it should not be moved forever and ever;
6You did cover it with the deep as with a vesture; the waters stood above the mountains.
7At Your rebuke they fled, at the voice of Your thunder they hasted away.
8The mountains rose, the valleys sank down unto the place which You had founded for them;
9You did set a boundary which they should not pass over, that they might not return to cover the earth.
10Who sends forth springs into the valleys; they run between the mountains;
11They give drink to every beast of the field, the wild donkeys quench their thirst.
12Beside them dwell the fowls of heaven, from among the branches they sing.
13He who waters the mountains from Your upper chambers; the earth is full of the fruit of Your works.
14He who causes the grass to spring up for the cattle, and herb for the service of man; to bring forth bread out of the earth,
15And wine that makes glad the heart of man, making the face brighter than oil, and bread that stays man’s heart.
16The trees of יהוה have their fill, the cedars of Levanon, which He has planted;
17Wherein the birds make their nests; as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.
18The high mountains are for the wild goats; the rocks are a refuge for the conies.
19Who appointed the moon for seasons; the sun knows his going down.
20You make darkness, and it is night, wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.
21The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their food from Elohim.
22The sun arises, they slink away, and couch in their dens.
23Man goes forth unto his work and to his labor until the evening.
24How manifold are Your works, O יהוה ! In wisdom have You made them all; the earth is full of Your creatures.
25Yonder sea, great and wide, therein are creeping things innumerable, living creatures, both small and great.
26There go the ships; there is Livyatan, whom You have formed to sport therein.
27All of them wait for You, that You may give them their food in due season.
28You give it unto them, they gather it; You open Your hand, they are satisfied with good.
29You hide Your face, they vanish; You withdraw their breath, they perish, and return to their dust.
30You send forth Your spirit, they are created; and You renew the face of the earth.
31May the glory of יהוה endure forever; let יהוה rejoice in His works!
32Who looks on the earth, and it trembles; He touches the mountains, and they smoke.
33I will sing unto יהוה as long as I live; I will sing praise to my Elohim while I have any being.
34Let my musing be sweet unto Him; as for me, I will rejoice in יהוה .
35Let sinners cease out of the earth, and let the wicked be no more. Bless יהוה , O my soul. Hallelu Yah!
אבָּרְכִי נַפְשִׁי אֶת יהוה : יהוה אֱלֹהַי גָּדַלְתָּ מְּאֹד; הוֹד וְהָדָר לָבָשְׁתָּ.
בעֹטֶה אוֹר כַּשַּׂלְמָה; נוֹטֶה שָׁמַיִם כַּיְרִיעָה.
גהַמְקָרֶה בַמַּיִם עֲלִיּוֹתָיו: הַשָּׂם עָבִים רְכוּבוֹ; הַמְהַלֵּךְ עַל כַּנְפֵי רוּחַ.
דעֹשֶׂה מַלְאָכָיו רוּחוֹת; מְשָׁרְתָיו אֵשׁ לֹהֵט.
היָסַד אֶרֶץ עַל מְכוֹנֶיהָ; בַּל תִּמּוֹט עוֹלָם וָעֶד.
ותְּהוֹם כַּלְּבוּשׁ כִּסִּיתוֹ; עַל הָרִים יַעַמְדוּ מָיִם.
זמִן גַּעֲרָתְךָ יְנוּסוּן; מִן קוֹל רַעַמְךָ יֵחָפֵזוּן.
חיַעֲלוּ הָרִים יֵרְדוּ בְקָעוֹת אֶל מְקוֹם זֶה יָסַדְתָּ לָהֶם.
טגְּבוּל שַׂמְתָּ בַּל יַעֲבֹרוּן; בַּל יְשֻׁבוּן לְכַסּוֹת הָאָרֶץ.
יהַמְשַׁלֵּחַ מַעְיָנִים בַּנְּחָלִים; בֵּין הָרִים יְהַלֵּכוּן.
יאיַשְׁקוּ כָּל חַיְתוֹ שָׂדָי; יִשְׁבְּרוּ פְרָאִים צְמָאָם.
יבעֲלֵיהֶם עוֹף הַשָּׁמַיִם יִשְׁכּוֹן; מִבֵּין עֳפָאיִם יִתְּנוּ קוֹל.
יגמַשְׁקֶה הָרִים מֵעֲלִיּוֹתָיו; מִפְּרִי מַעֲשֶׂיךָ תִּשְׂבַּע הָאָרֶץ.
ידמַצְמִיחַ חָצִיר לַבְּהֵמָה וְעֵשֶׂב לַעֲבֹדַת הָאָדָם; לְהוֹצִיא לֶחֶם מִן הָאָרֶץ.
טווְיַיִן יְשַׂמַּח לְבַב אֱנוֹשׁ לְהַצְהִיל פָּנִים מִשָּׁמֶן; וְלֶחֶם לְבַב אֱנוֹשׁ יִסְעָד.
טזיִשְׂבְּעוּ עֲצֵי יהוה אַרְזֵי לְבָנוֹן אֲשֶׁר נָטָע.
יזאֲשֶׁר שָׁם צִפֳּרִים יְקַנֵּנוּ; חֲסִידָה בְּרוֹשִׁים בֵּיתָהּ.
יחהָרִים הַגְּבֹהִים לַיְּעֵלִים; סְלָעִים מַחְסֶה לַשְׁפַנִּים.
יטעָשָׂה יָרֵחַ לְמוֹעֲדִים; שֶׁמֶשׁ יָדַע מְבוֹאוֹ.
כתָּשֶׁת חֹשֶׁךְ וִיהִי לָיְלָה בּוֹ תִרְמֹשׂ כָּל חַיְתוֹ יָעַר.
כאהַכְּפִירִים שֹׁאֲגִים לַטָּרֶף; וּלְבַקֵּשׁ מֵאֵל אָכְלָם.
כבתִּזְרַח הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ יֵאָסֵפוּן; וְאֶל מְעוֹנֹתָם יִרְבָּצוּן.
כגיֵצֵא אָדָם לְפָעֳלוֹ; וְלַעֲבֹדָתוֹ עֲדֵי עָרֶב.
כדמָה רַבּוּ מַעֲשֶׂיךָ יהוה כֻּלָּם בְּחָכְמָה עָשִׂיתָ; מָלְאָה הָאָרֶץ קִנְיָנֶךָ.
כהזֶה הַיָּם גָּדוֹל וּרְחַב יָדָיִם: שָׁם רֶמֶשׂ וְאֵין מִסְפָּר; חַיּוֹת קְטַנּוֹת עִם גְּדֹלוֹת.
כושָׁם אֳנִיּוֹת יְהַלֵּכוּן; לִוְיָתָן זֶה יָצַרְתָּ לְשַׂחֶק בּוֹ.
כזכֻּלָּם אֵלֶיךָ יְשַׂבֵּרוּן לָתֵת אָכְלָם בְּעִתּוֹ.
כחתִּתֵּן לָהֶם יִלְקֹטוּן; תִּפְתַּח יָדְךָ יִשְׂבְּעוּן טוֹב.
כטתַּסְתִּיר פָּנֶיךָ יִבָּהֵלוּן: תֹּסֵף רוּחָם יִגְוָעוּן; וְאֶל עֲפָרָם יְשׁוּבוּן.
לתְּשַׁלַּח רוּחֲךָ יִבָּרֵאוּן; וּתְחַדֵּשׁ פְּנֵי אֲדָמָה.
לאיְהִי כְבוֹד יהוה לְעוֹלָם; יִשְׂמַח יהוה בְּמַעֲשָׂיו.
לבהַמַּבִּיט לָאָרֶץ וַתִּרְעָד; יִגַּע בֶּהָרִים וְיֶעֱשָׁנוּ.
לגאָשִׁירָה לַיהוה בְּחַיָּי; אֲזַמְּרָה לֵאלֹהַי בְּעוֹדִי.
לדיֶעֱרַב עָלָיו שִׂיחִי; אָנֹכִי אֶשְׂמַח בַּיהוה .
להיִתַּמּוּ חַטָּאִים מִן הָאָרֶץ וּרְשָׁעִים עוֹד אֵינָם. בָּרְכִי נַפְשִׁי אֶת יהוה ; הַלְלוּ יה !
